We all know that English is an International and world-wide language. It’s stored the knowledge of the whole world. English attained unprecedented importance in the present scenario of liberalization, privatization and globalization. It is the language of law and administration, science and technology, trade and commerce. It is also a library language. In present time the need of acquire the knowledge of all branches is become compulsory to everyone.
