National Service Scheme
“Two units of the National Service Scheme (NSS) are functional in our college. Under NSS, 200 students are enrolled for regular activities, while 100 students are selected for the special annual camp. Through the National Service Scheme, national service is carried out via community service and rural development. Honest, hardworking students who possess a deep passion for social work can participate in this scheme.
Every year, a 7-day special camp is organized in a village around the Lohara area under the NSS program. Various socially useful initiatives such as blood donation drives, health check-up camps, veterinary care, water conservation, tree plantation, cleanliness drives, and public awareness campaigns are conducted through the National Service Scheme.”
