College Rules & Regulations 

Before taking admission, students must carefully read the entire prospectus. Only if all rules are acceptable should they submit their application form for admission in this college. It will be presumed that students who have taken admission accept all the rules of the college.

Admission Eligibility:

Eligibility for admission to B.A., B.Com, and B.Sc. First Year shall be as follows:

1. B.A. First Year: Students who have passed the H.S.C. Board Examination are eligible for admission. Also, students who have passed D.Ed. with English or a Three-Year Diploma Course in Engineering Examinations conducted by the Board of Technical Education are eligible for admission to B.A. First Year.

2. B.Com. First Year: Students who have passed the H.S.C. Board Examination (12th Grade – All Streams) are eligible for admission. Additionally, students who have passed a Three-Year Diploma Course in Engineering Examinations conducted by the Board of Technical Education are eligible for admission to B.Com. First Year.

3. B.Sc. First Year: Students who have passed the H.S.C. Board Examination in Science stream or a Three-Year Diploma Course in Engineering Examinations conducted by the Board of Technical Education are eligible for admission.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission:

A) For First-Year Admission:

Students must attach the following documents along with their admission application form:

1. Original School Leaving Certificate (T.C.) and two true copies.

2. Original Marks Memo of 12th standard or equivalent examination and two true copies.

   (Note: Once admitted, original documents and their true copies will not be returned.)

3. True copy of 10th standard Marks Memo or Passing Certificate.

4. True copy of Aadhaar Card.

5. True copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable).

   (Students are advised to keep sufficient true copies with themselves.)

B) For Second and Third-Year Admission:

Students taking admission to the Second or Third Year must attach their original marks memos and true copies (in two sets) showing that they have passed the First Year or Second Year examination, respectively, along with the admission application form.

C) For New Admission in Second or Third Year:

If a student is taking fresh admission in the Second or Third Year, they must attach the T.C. (Transfer Certificate) or Transfer Certificate (if required) along with two true copies from the college where they passed their First or Second Year examination.

D) Fee Concessions & Schemes:

Students belonging to Economically Backward Class (E.B.C.), children of Freedom Fighters (F.F.), children of Primary Teachers, or children of Ex-Servicemen must submit the required concession application forms along with necessary supporting documents at the time of submitting the admission application form. If the application is not submitted or if the fee waiver/concession is rejected, the full responsibility lies with the student.

E) Educational Gap:

Students who have a gap in their education must submit a Gap Certificate for the respective period.
